Cesium Automation enables users to construct and run complex automation across multiple programming languages within their own IT infrastructure. It supports various trigger types including manual invocation, scheduled execution, and event-driven responses such as Jira tickets. The platform operates as a multi-tenant application serving multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining data integrity and security to prevent cross-customer data access or modification.

Users must establish an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Users bear sole responsibility for scripts they create, modify, or execute. The Service may not be used to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Transmit malicious code or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any component of the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cesium Automation and its creator KorOps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Users retain all rights to content they create.

Cesium Automation and KorOps bear no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any scripts executed through the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
